In the event of an accident or incident preventing you from practising your activity, for your Assur'Glisse / Assur'Green insurance to intervene, you must "report a cliam" within 15 days following the occurrence of the problem. This declaration is made online on the WTW Montagne website.

Prepare your justificative documents before starting your declaration
No insurer (at least in France!) can consider a claim without supporting documents. Keep all the documents (proofs of purchase, invoices, etc.) that justify the expenses you have incurred during your trip.
Supporting documents in the case of a skiing accident;
- A medical certificate specifying the nature of the injuries and contraindicating the practice of snow sports
- Proof of purchase of your Assur'Glisse insurance (you can download it from your assuranceski.com account)
- Proof of sale (or the original) of your ski pass if it has not been kept by the rescue patrol
In the case of an illness;
- A medical certificate specifying the nature of the illness
- Copy of your hospitalization report indicating the duration of the hospitalization
- Proof of purchase of your Assur'Glisse insurance (you can download it from your assuranceski.com account)
- Proof of sale (or the original) of your ski pass.
If you are returning home early;
- All documents justifying the cause and date of your early return (toll tickets, etc.)
- Proof of purchase of your Assur'Glisse insurance (you can download it from your assuranceski.com account)
- Proof of sale (or the original) of your ski pass.
If it is another event;
All documents justifying it.
In all cases, please send your bank account details (IBAN with details of the account owner)
