Four priorities to improve service quality and management ethics

Registration

European insurance distribution rules apply to France, and notably require that every company that sells insurance contracts of any kind must be registered with a registration authority called Orias (equiv. EIOPA). This registration procedure allows the supervisory and regulatory authorities to verify, among other things;

• the soundness of distributors
• their "good repute", via criminal record checks
• and their skills via "capacity" requirements worked on through regular training.

Self-regulation

In compliance with the so-called Self-Regulation Act of 2022, Orion Ticket Neige is a member of the professional self-regulation association Endya, approved by ACPR, which verifies its regulatory compliance.

Commitments
